Se acerca el día, el concierto de Slash está a solo días de ser una realidad en nuestro país. Muy para nuestro pesar, recibimos la noticia que nuestra querida Perla Hudson no va a poder acompañarlo aquí en Venezuela, ella se unirá a el a partir del Sábado 2 de Abril para el concierto en Bogota, Colombia y seguirá hasta el fin de la gira suramericana… we’ll miss u Perla!!! :’( A LOOT!!!
Si eres fan de Slash o de Perla, o de la pareja J seguramente sigues en Twitter la cuenta @SlashNPerlaFans y ya clickeaste en “me gusta” en la pagina de Facebook "Slash & Perla Fans", incluso los mismos Slash y Perla las han catalogado a través de sus cuentas personales en las redes sociales como las cuentas OFICIALES de sus fans y recomiendan a estos seguirlas ya que la información allí dada viene directamente de ellos mismos.
Tuvimos el inmenso placer de entrevistar por primera vez y de manera exclusiva a la persona detrás de dichas cuentas, podríamos llamarla la “FAN OFICIAL” de Slash y Perla, desde Australia via Internet Sandra Bailey (Y no!, no es familia de AXL!) nos respondió algunas preguntas

2) Como comenzaste en esto? Me refiero, crear @SlashNPerlaFans y la página de Facebook?

Bueno, hace cerca de 3 años, estaba aburridísima y comencé a navegar por myspace y me encontré con muchísimas páginas dedicadas a Slash y ninguna dedicada a Slash y Perla como pareja! Yo amo y respeto profundamente a Perla y pensé que debían tener una! Me encontré con que Perla tenia su propia página myspace y le envié un mensaje con mi idea. Para mi sorpresa Perla me respondió diciendo que se sentiría halagada y que lo hiciera. Me permitió tomar fotos de su página, recolecté mucha información e hice mi primera página. Hace aproximadamente un año creé la página de Facebook (Slash & Perla Hudson) y hace poco abrí la cuenta en Twitter (@SlashNPerlaFans)
(Well close to 3 years ago I was bored stupid so I started looking at myspace & came across so many fan pages for Slash & absolutely nothing for Slash & Perla as a couple! I absolutely love & respect Perla & thought that they should have one. So I found that Perla had a myspace page & messaged her about my Idea. To my desire & surprise, Perla messaged me back saying that she would be flattered & to go for it. She let me take photo's from her page & I did lots of research & made my first fan page ever. About a year later I created the Facebook fan Page (Slash & Perla Hudson) & just recently I made the Twitter fan page (SlashnPerlafans).
3) Alguna vez imaginaste que ibas a tener tantos seguidores en ambas cuentas?Como
(Did u ever imagine that u were going to get so many followers in both accounts? how was it like?)
No sabía que esperar! Realmente solo lo hice para ver que tal iba y estoy muy complacida con los resultados

4) He visto tus fotos con Slash y con Perla, son grandiosas! Cómo fué conocerlos?
(I've seen your pictures with Slash and Perla, they are awesome! what was it like to meet them? )
Fue increíble! Recuerdo la primera vez que conocí a Slash. Gane un viaje VIP para dos personas a Melbourne para el lanzamiento de MTV Classic. Incluía un “meet&greet” con Slash, boletos aéreos, etc. Yo estaba parada en la fila esperando para conocer a mi ídolo cuando de repente camino frente a nosotros. Fue asombroso! Cuando llegó nuestro turno para subir y conocerlo estaba tan nerviosa q no sabia que decir, pero todo salió muy bien, después no dejaba de pellizcarme a mi misma preguntándome si en realidad había pasado. Mi esposo ya estaba cansado de que yo no dejara de hablar de eso lol. Luego esa noche fuimos al concierto de Slash y en el camino la asistente personal de Perla me llamó para organizar un encuentro con ella. Estaba muy emocionada y me sentía muy orgullosa de conocerla. A mitad del show de Slash Perla se me acercó, hablamos, nos abrazamos, nos tomamos muchas fotos y demás. Perla fue increíble conmigo esa noche, me trató como a una de sus mejores amigas! De verdad nunca olvidare ese día.

5) Que admiras de Perla?

Que NO admiro de ella? Perla es la persona más increíble que he conocido en mi vida. Es una lastima q vivamos en lugares tan apartados del mundo. Que te puedo decir? Amo la manera que ella se respeta a si misma y a los demás! Ella no es la típica esposa de rockero, es una persona muy realista con un amor que simplemente irradia! Si, ella y Slash han vivido una vida muy salvaje, bien por ellos, Yo lo habría hecho también si tuviese ese estilo de vida. Pero tan pronto Perla se sintió embarazada de London, inmediatamente cambió a “Modo mama” dejando los vicios y dedicándose a ese rol. Sabes? Perla tiene una vida con la que podría mirar por encima del hombro a todos, y no lo hace, y por eso la respeto mucho. Podría seguir y seguir… Pero te diré que Perla tiene un alma hermosa y para resumir, todos deberían tener un amigo como Perla, definitivamente haría del mundo un lugar mejor.
(What is there not to admire! Perla is the most amazing person I have ever met in my entire life. It's such a shame that we live on the other side of the world from each other! What can I say, I love the way she has so much respect for herself & to everyone else! She isn't the typical rock star wife, she is a real down to earth person with so much love that just shines right through her! Yeah she & Slash have lived the wild life, good on them. Amo todo lo que Slash ha hecho! Es muy difícil escoger solo uno, cada uno tiene sonidos diferentes y todos me encantan.
(I love everything that Slash has done! It's to hard to pick just one, they all have their different sounds & I love them all...)
7) Pienso q eres un ejemplo de alquien q persigue sus sueños, que le dirías a todos los FANS, sin importar quien sea su ídolo, que te están leyendo ahora?
( I think u're such a "follow your dreams" example, what would u say to all the FANS, no matter who their Idol is, who are reading you right now....?)
Nunca lo había sido! Siempre fui la clase de persona que no tenía muchos sueños. Además tuve mi primer hijo a los 21 años así que he estado bastante ocupada en la vida y el trabajo. Ahora tengo 38 años y desearía haber tenido más sueños y aspiraciones cuando era mas joven. Ahora hay tanto que quiero hacer y no puedo, tengo una familia joven y no puedo solo salir corriendo y hacer todo lo que quiero. Lo que les diría es que vivan al máximo, como si fuese el ultimo día y si! Por favor sigan sus sueños, es su vida, necesitan vivirla! No dejen que otro lo haga por ustedes Y a aquellos que tengan la oportunidad de conocer a Slash o a su ídolo, por favor demuéstrenle respeto y trátenlos como a ustedes les gustaría ser tratados.
(I never used to be! I have always been the kind of person who really didn't have many dreams. Plus I had my first born at the age of 21. So I was busy with life & work! I am now 38 & wish that I did have more dreams & aspirations when I was younger. As now I want to do so much & I can't. As I have a young family & I can't just run off & do them! What I would say is live your life to the fullest just like it's your last day & yes please follow your dreams, it's your life you need to live it. Don't rely on someone else to do it for you!!! And to those of you that do meet Slash or their Idol, Please show them your respect & treat them just how you would like to be treated. )

Perla esta muy triste por no poder estar alli y no se encontrara con Slash sino hasta que èste llegue a Colombia. Asi que vayan, disfruten al maximo y rockeen hasta mas no poder!
